3. The challenge
The agency brought strong design capabilities, but they were not yet familiar with our brand, product vision or internal standards. Without close direction, the risk was a visually appealing website that didn’t reflect our identity or support our product goals.
The main challenge was to establish solid design framework. To be sure of the cohesive storytelling across the entire website. Also to ensure that accessibility and usability best practices were thoughtfully integrated into the design.
2. My role
As the product designer on the project, I acted as the bridge between internal stakeholders and the external design team. My responsibilities included:
Managing the end‑to‑end design workflow;
Translating business and brand requirements into actionable guidance;
Setting expectations for deliverables and timelines;
Reviewing and validating all agency deliverables. Evaluated the work against our brand and UX standards;
Guaranteed alignment with our new design style and branding;
Providing clear feedback and direction to refine their work;
Maintaining consistency across all redesigned pages and components;
Facilitating communication between internal teams and the agency.
1. Overview
Our company initiated a full website redesign to modernize the brand, improve usability and align the digital experience with our evolving product ecosystem. I was responsible for managing the design process internally and the external execution which was outsourced to a design agency. Ensuring quality and guiding the agency to deliver work that matched our new design direction and brand identity.

The project resulted in a fully redesigned website that aligned seamlessly with our updated brand and product vision. By providing structured guidance and continuous feedback, I ensured that the external agency delivered high‑quality work that met our standards and expectations.
The redesign significantly improved the overall user experience, bringing clarity, consistency and a more intuitive flow across all pages. It also strengthened collaboration between internal teams and external partners, creating a smoother, more transparent workflow throughout the process.
The work established a scalable design foundation that will support future updates and ongoing product evolution. This guaranteed that the website can continue to grow.
5. Outcome
The redesign successfully modernized our digital presence while staying true to our brand identity. By managing the process and managing the external agency, I ensured the final product met our standards, supported our business goals and created a cohesive, user‑centered experience.
